We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales & Technical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining corporate software platforms, ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders, and providing technical expertise to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain corporate software platforms, including CRM, SharePoint (inhouse & on the cloud), and other bespoke applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements, perform essential analysis, and liaise with vendors/developers to deliver effective solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve faults/issues promptly, utilizing remote access/communication facilities and/or in-person support as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent.
• MCP minimum certification required.
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist on Application Development preferred.
• Hands-on experience/certifications related to application servers such as MS SharePoint or MS Dynamics 365 CRM is mandatory.
• 5-7 years of experience in software development, with proven technical excellence in MS SQL, MS SharePoint, and MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
